Ingredients 1 cup unsweetened almond milk — I use “Blue Diamond Almond Breeze” 1 scoop of Vega Protein Smoothie Mix — I use “Choc-A-Lot” 1/2 banana 2 Tbsp almond butter 1/2 one real vanilla bean 1 glassful of ice cubes Instructions Toss in the Vitamix, blend, and drink (slowly if possible)!

New Year Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: 1c hemp (or almond) milk 1/2 banana 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds or 1 squirt Flax oil 1c kale 1c spinach 1/4c flat parsley 1/4c pea sprouts (optional) 1/4c blackberries (or raspberries) Instructions: Combine ingredients in a blender, preferably in the order listed above.
