It’s often very difficult for smart and capable people to ask for help. And, sometimes asking for help is the wisest and best thing we can do for ourselves. We can’t all be experts at everything! If you’re ready to discuss getting support for your health challenges, the first thing we need to do is talk.
The first step to working with me as your personal coach is to schedule your 20 minute, complimentary conversation.
When you schedule, you’ll be asked a series of initial questions. Please do your best to answer these thoughtfully as they help guide our conversation.
During the phone or video call, we’ll talk about your wellness goals, the life constraints you’re working with, and the techniques you’ve tried to improve your situation before. Then, I’ll make recommendations about the best approach for you, which might be something I offer, or if I don’t think I’m the right person to help you, I might refer you to a program or another practitioner I trust.
You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about the coaching relationship, so you can determine whether Mind-body Wellness Coaching is right for you at this time.
