Because I’ve worked in both corporate environments and technology startups for nearly 25 years, I know what it’s like to feel like there’s no time, or to suffer from a health condition that makes you want to change your life. I’m now passionate about blending holistic modalities with educational tools, practical coaching guidance, and goal setting / accountability measurements. This unique style can help your people incorporate simple, quick, and natural changes to their lives that will improve how they sleep, eat, move, breathe, and function both at work and at home!
