How to Fold a Yoga Blanket: Spine Support (Video Series)

I absolutely love this fold, and could stay here for several minutes. It counters some of the upper back rounding we get from using computers and devices (or driving) a lot; it releases the sacrum, and allows for deeper breathing. This fold starts from the Basic Storage Fold.
