  • A post-challenge quiz to reflect on your journey

  • A personal follow-up from me to help you further integrate your experience

The next Challenge* is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 13, 2018.

*Please Note: The Challenge is open to individuals who have not yet participated in a challenge in this calendar year. If you were a past participant in the challenge, refer someone and–if they complete the challenge–you’ll receive a free 30-minute coaching session!
