My partner enjoys drinking a smoothie after he runs. Today I made up this creation and thought it came out pretty good, so I’m sharing.

  • 1 cup Light coconut milk (I used So Delicious brand)
  • 1/2 Frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup Aloe Juice (I used Herbal Aloe Force)
  • 1 cup Frozen spinach
  • 1 scoop Protein powder (I used Garden of Life Smooth Chocolate brand)
  • Handful of unsweetened coconut flakes

Blend together and enjoy!
