My partner enjoys drinking a smoothie after he runs. Today I made up this creation and thought it came out pretty good, so I’m sharing.
- 1 cup Light coconut milk (I used So Delicious brand)
- 1/2 Frozen banana
- 1/4 cup Aloe Juice (I used Herbal Aloe Force)
- 1 cup Frozen spinach
- 1 scoop Protein powder (I used Garden of Life Smooth Chocolate brand)
- Handful of unsweetened coconut flakes
Blend together and enjoy!
